How to Submit a Case

Three simple steps to begin working with Digital Innovations Design. We accept digital scans from all major intraoral scanners including iTero, Medit, and more.

  • Prepare Your Files

    Create a folder named with your clinic name and case ID (e.g. SmithDental_Case48291). Include your STL scan files, intraoral photos, and case notes (no patient identifiers) with shade, material preference, and any special instructions.

  • Submit Your Case

    Fill out the case submission form below with your case details and file uploads. We accept STL, PLY, and OBJ formats from any compatible scanner.

  • Receive Your Consultation

    Within 24 hours, you'll receive a detailed consultation with timeline, cost estimate, and any questions about your case.

    We Review Your Files

    Your case files are reviewed within 24 hours by the technician who will personally handle your case from start to finish.

    You Receive a Consultation

    We send you a detailed consultation covering timeline, cost estimate, material recommendations, and any questions about your case.

  • 03

    We Begin Work

    Upon your approval, fabrication begins immediately. You'll have direct access to your technician throughout the entire process.
