Upper and lower All-on-X full-arch prosthetics in occlusion, front view on a black background

Case Overview

Upper and lower All-on-X rehabilitation utilizing a streamlined digital workflow, incorporating bone reduction guides and strategically planned MUA angulations to optimize implant positioning, prosthetic space, esthetics, and function, creating a controlled and predictable path from planning to final restoration.

Guided Bone Reduction

Bone reduction guides carry the digital plan into surgery. The amount of reduction is decided during planning, based on the prosthetic space the final restoration needs, instead of being judged freehand at the time of surgery.

Planned MUA Angulations

Multi-unit abutment (MUA) angulations were planned together with implant positioning. Setting them strategically from the start keeps implant positions, prosthetic space, esthetics, and function working toward the same final result.

Result

Both arches followed a single digital plan from start to finish. The outcome is a controlled, predictable path from planning to the final upper and lower restorations, with one technician responsible for the case throughout.
